Delivery & Returns

Delivery is free and returns are free. Here is exactly how it works, with no small print.

Delivery

  • Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend, no codes.
  • Dispatched the next working day after you order.
  • Sent with Royal Mail, DPD or Evri, and typically with you an estimated 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
  • Outside the UK? Email us before you order and we will let you know what is possible.

Returns: free, 30 days

  1. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind.
  2. Start your return via our contact page or email cjbrandsltd@gmail.com.
  3. We pay the return postage.
  4. Once it is back with us we refund you in full, to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives faulty or damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right straight away, with a refund or replacement in line with your consumer rights. Tell us before you leave feedback and we will sort it, every time.
